SAP PM/CS Consultant

Your profile

As a SAP PM/CS (Plant Maintenance/Customer Services) consultant within Amista, your primary responsibility will be your involvement in the implementation process of Plant Maintenance/Customer Services solutions for our clients.

In your function, you will participate in business process definition and modeling, check the feasibility of this business model regarding the SAP products. And configure the SAP system according to best practices to replicate the required business processes and reporting needs.

  • Knowledge of and configuration experience in SAP PM and/or CS (certification is a strong plus)
  • You have a good understanding of plant maintenance and/or customer service processes
  • You have at least 1-2 years of relevant project experience
  • Experience in other SAP modules such as MM or PS or SD is a plus
  • You have good analytical and modeling skills
  • You have good organizational and presentation skills
  • You are a team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You have a university degree or equivalent by experience
  • You are willing to learn or have SAP S/4HANA knowledge
  • You are fluent in English and in Dutch or French with a good basic knowledge of the other language

  • Writing functional analysis of the business requirements and map them to SAP functionality
  • Determine gaps and follow-up the developments
  • System configuration according to the functional analysis
  • Documentation of the delivered scenario (as build documentation)
  • Perform unit and integration testing
  • Helping the customer in change management, end-user support and training. Which are the key deliverables in the implementation projects
  • Project management (depending of your level)
