Therefore, we make sure to foster a strong team spirit by organizing amazing team-building activities throughout the year. In 2022, we did a range of activities such as padel, karting, 10 miles, and we even went on a short ski trip to Mayrhofen. Plenty more activities to come in 2023 such as a weekend in the Ardennes. In addition to these activities, we also organize team dinners, and on Friday, we end the week with “beer o’clock” at 4 pm.
