Senior SAP Production Planning Consultant

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or comparable through experience
  • Fluent in Dutch and English 
  • At least 5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant
  • Strong hands-on experience with the configuration of SAP PP/MM/WM
  • ​​​At least one full SAP S/4HANA project done recently
  • Good understanding of the integration of SAP modules (MM, SD etc.)
  • Preferably multiple ECC PP/MM/WM projects on your resume
  • SAP Purchasing and/or Sales experience in SAP is an absolute added value
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent social and communication skills
  • A positive team player 

What do we expect

Amista’s SAP PP/MM consultant is mainly responsible for designing, building and deploying SAP-based ERP solutions; leading analysis and design in the production and logistics area, often in close cooperation with the customer’s team; Conducting structured testing internally and with users; Ensuring stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements.

Your key responsibilities: 

  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
  • Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product
  • modifications to satisfy clients' needs
  • Base yourself as much as possible on SAP’s best practices
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of PP
  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems
  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
  • Provide training and user support as required
