You see yourself as a future sales professional or marketeer. Learning new things is something you really love. You look forward to discovering the B2B business world and it just makes you excited! You have an affinity with IT and you are interested in business software.

  • You‘ve got a feel for sales & marketing in a B2B environment (IT & software)
  • You’re a strong communicator, professional and friendly and have a commercial mindset
  • You like to work independently but also like to work as a team and support your team members
  • You are creative - original new ideas constantly pop up in your mind
  • You are stress-resistant and respect deadlines
  • You love and know social media very well
  • You are proactive and have a ‘get things done’ mentality
  • If you know Adobe Photoshop & Indesign we will love you even more
  • If you are bilingual (NL/FR) it is a big plus, strong oral and written skills in English are a must
  • Having a drivers license is required, having your own car comes in handy

What do we expect

Your function/ key responsibilities

  • Assisting the Sales Manager in her day to day duties
    • Following up on pending cases and leads
    • Scheduling appointments
    • Drafting reports of sales visits
    • Maintaining the CRM system
    • Attending sales meetings
    • Liaising with partner companies
    • Networking at events
    • Performing administrative tasks for the sales manager
       
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager in her day to day duties
    • Assisting in the creation of digital campaigns and following up on them
    • Setting up Lead & Demand generation activities
    • Following up on the Marketing planning  
    • Create refreshing and original posts on social media
    • Drafting and presenting reports
    • Following up on Google Analytics & Google Ads
    • Writing and scheduling content and publish it on our website
