It is a strange and unpredictable time, and apart from a few exceptions, we are working fully remote for months now. As we truly value our employees, we attach great importance to their wellbeing, motivation, job satisfaction and opinion about our company culture.
That's why together with SD Worx, we organized an employee engagement survey this autumn. Now, more than ever, we believe it is very important to make sure that our employees are feeling well and heard.

Of course, there are always (little) things that can be improved. We will continue investing in our employees as we did before. More specifically we will pay extra attention to the onboarding of new employees and training. Both for our employees as for us it is important to keep learning to be able to grow.
